We`re delighted to present the video which was created as part @networkrail Train Vs You campaign. This was filmed at our very own @kingcharles1school in Kidderminster through our Character Academy.
Earlier this year, the school had the incredible opportunity to welcome @tiktok superstar @big.manny1 and @prideofbritain award winner @manny.s.kang as part of the impactful #YouVsTrain safety campaign by @networkrail The talented team from @storycatchers filmed the latest campaign video during a live lesson scenario, where our students were able to hear directly from both Mannys! It was a powerful session full of important safety messages and interactive science demos. It was a very engaging session with some time for students to learn about our visitor`s interesting journey to success! #elevate #Represent

Around a 100 students from @4stonesmat schools @haybridgeschool @kingcharles1school & @tdms.evesham came together at @worcester_uni for our Change the World conference. #changetheworld
Kicking off with an energising icebreaker, the day was filled with powerful workshops, bold ideas, and inspiring conversations. #commitment
CEO Mark Pollard reminded students: “This is your day. Be curious. Dream big.” #Ambition
Huw from the University talked about values and how events like this conference reminds us that not only should we prepare for academic success, but for real-world learning, leadership, and social responsibility. #integrity
Workshops included;

🟢 Mental Health & Wellbeing
Each session tackled real-world issues led by expert academics, giving opportunities for students to explore their own context and communities. #socialissues
We wrapped up by launching the Social Action Toolkit to help students turn ideas into action! #youthsocialaction #iwill

We were thrilled to welcome entrepreneurs Adrienne Houston & Anissa Djebailia into school this week as part of the Character Academy @morgan.stanley Project!
They stepped in as our ‘dragons’, hearing fantastic pitches from our Year 7 students, all focused on businesses with a social or environmental purpose.
Ideas included drones to scatter seeds, bamboo stationery, support for neurodiverse job seekers, and even housing solutions for the homeless. With guidance from our MS mentors, students pitched with passion, answered tough questions, and secured that all-important investment!
Thank you to our local business `dragons` who kindly supported our students and invested their time in their own community through this initiative. A great example of social impact. #integrity #ambition #creativty #commitment #CharacterAcademy

It was a great day across
@4StonesMAT on Friday for our Trust Development Day which was packed with collaboration, inspiration, and innovation.
We started the day with our CEO, Mark Pollard, setting the scene, sharing the Trust’s vision for how we support our students every day.
We watched a short video put together by our amazing tech team which included thoughts from staff on aspects of our Trust Dividend, including: literacy, CPD, curriculum, T&L, Professional Development Reviews and the Recommend a Friend Scheme
In the second part of the video, we heard about the fantastic Personal Development work that has taken place this year and heard students` thoughts on this offer. #CharacterAcademy
We were honoured to have
Marc Rowland with us, an expert in pupil premium, sharing powerful ideas and strategies on how to better engage students in our classrooms.
Teachers then had the chance to break out into departments, networking, sharing ideas, and collaborating to help shape Curriculum 2.0.
Our incredible support staff also took part in a wide range of CPD sessions, covering everything from AI in education, Arbor, de-escalation techniques, to staff wellbeing and more, to empower every role in our schools
Keeping everyone fed and watered was a top priority, and our catering team absolutely delivered! #CPD #teachertraining #Trust
